Building Services Technical Surveyor
Tidworth
£60K + benefits
6 Months Fixed Term Contract

As a Technical Surveyor you will have extended knowledge of buildings and their infrastructure, as you will be playing an important part in providing data to support the approval of Lifecyle Plans.

You will be quantifying elements of existing MoD assets to provide and plan price programmes for future lifecycle work, whilst being able to recognise defects and failures to plan future replacements/refurbishments.

You will be the master of Analysing Building data, historic and current drawings as well as reviewing condition surveys. Your findings will need to be produced into spreadsheets which means you will need to be proficient in using different Microsoft packages.

Understanding construction fabric and being able to interpret building and technical information is vital in this role.

You must have experience of design and refurbishment in both M&E and B&CE (Buildings and civil engineering)
