Building Services Manager
Are you an experienced Building Services Manager looking for your next move?
If so this role with one of the UK’s major main contractor’s main contractors could be of interest. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor’s in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – £200million. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join their interiors division on a freelance basis for a 6 month project.
We are looking for a Building Services Manager with fit out experience to join the team on a £80m scheme in Croydon. Specifically we are looking for someone with electrical bias to manage the delivery if the security packages including CCTV, alarms, cabling etc which is a must.
A good day rate is on offer this is an immediate role
