Description:
My clients are a well respected main contractor who are about to start work on a large commercial project in Bristol. They are looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Manager to join the site team.
Working on one of the most iconic buildings in Bristol you will you will take responsibility for the successful coordination and delivery of the M&E services package, working closely with the project management, design and site teams.
The project is due to start in January 2027 with a completion date of last quarter 2028. Rates of pay are negotiable.
