Are you a Contract Manager or Maintenance Manager with a building services and maintenance background looking to step into a role offering work on large multi-million contracts, and real progression to Operations Manager?

Established in 2000, this company seen year-on-year growth providing specialist building service engineering to large scale commercial and industrial projects. Covering from the design to the install and service and maintenance of heating, plumbing, ventilation and AC systems across Lancashire, this is a great opportunity for a Project/Maintenance manager to step into a Contract Manager role,

In this role your time will be split between the office and sites within a 50 miles radius of Preston. You will be managing a team of engineers on the servicing and maintenance of building services within commercial and industrial projects. You will also be responsible for pricing works, managing contract performance and liaising with clients and other department to ensure a high level of service delivery.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or a Project Manager / Facilities Maintenance Manager looking to step up into a company that can provide real progression to further your career.

The Role:

Manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance contracts
Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors
Supervise and support service engineers, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
50/50 split between office and site work within Lancashire
Monday - Friday (8:30am-5pm)The Person:
