Position Overview: As a High-Rise Building Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding safety standards and protocols within our high-rise residential complexes. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety and emergency preparedness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices to safeguard residents, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures tailored to high-rise living environments.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and evacuation routes, to ensure optimal functionality.
Coordinate and execute fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and safety training programs for residents and staff.
Collaborate with local authorities, fire departments, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, assess risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate hazards and ensure the safety of occupants.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken, and prepare reports for management review.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in building safety and emergency management.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Previous experience in property management, building operations, or facilities management, with a focus on high-rise residential properties.
Strong knowledge of building codes, fire safety regulations, and emergency preparedness protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
