Position Overview: As a High-Rise Building Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding safety standards and protocols within our high-rise residential complexes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures tailored to high-rise living environments.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and evacuation routes, to ensure optimal functionality.
Coordinate and execute fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and safety training programs for residents and staff.

Respond promptly to emergency situations, assess risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate hazards and ensure the safety of occupants.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
