Interim Build Safety Manager Location: Central London / Hybrid Rate: £347 per day Umbrella

A London local authority is recruiting an experienced Interim Building Safety Manager to oversee building safety compliance across its residential housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications for Higher Risk Buildings.
Develop Safety Case Reports, risk assessments and Resident Engagement Strategies.
Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and fire safety legislation.
Conduct building inspections, identify risks and oversee remedial works.
Liaise with the Building Safety Regulator and maintain the Golden Thread of building information.
Provide specialist advice and promote a strong building safety culture.
Essential Experience:

Strong knowledge of building and fire safety legislation.
Experience managing residential buildings and construction projects.
Ability to assess risks and review safety assessments
