Building Safety Manager
My local authority client is looking to appoint a Building Safety Manager for an interim 6 month contract.
Skills/Experience/Requirements.
Have previously worked in the capacity of a Building Safety Manager within a Local Authority/Housing Association
Contract Management experience.
Overseeing the fire safety department and have exposure to: FRAs, Fire Doors, Fire Safety Contracts.
Extensive Knowledge of the Building Safety and Fire Safety Acts.Experince working in a Local Authority/Housing Association is ESSENTIAL for this role.
Job Details:
Contract Length: 6 month initially, with the potential to extend.
Rate: Negotiable, starting at £40ph.
Working Pattern: Hybrid.
