Do you want to lead on a high-profile Building Safety project?
You'll be working with a Council in London, leading on Building Safety projects.
They currently have a consultancy guiding them and collating information, you'll be working alongside them to chase information and also form a strategy plan for their 8 HRBs to comply with the new Building Safety legislation.
This project will run for an initial 6 months, but will be extended (if everyone's happy) to 12 months as the project will be extended to their mid-rise buildings as well.
You will be on a rate of £550 - £600 per day, depending on your level of experience and knowledge.
They also need someone to implement internal systems for the Building Safety information to be stored and conveniently accessible.
You'll be the only specialist on the team, so you need to have confidence in leading on these types of high-profile projects.
