This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-performance engineering services across multiple client sites, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.
The Role
Act as the Building Performance Engineer on the Wakefield Council contract, ensuring effective management of facilities engineering services.
Support the Compliance Manager in delivering high-performing engineering services across client sites.
Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and guide regional managers on statutory compliance.
Monitor facility occupancy and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Provide technical support on energy and sustainability innovations.
You
5+ years of experience in managing multi-site FM contracts.
Strong knowledge of compliance practices and auditing in corporate environments.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Health and Safety qualifications, engineering qualifications preferred.
Ability to influence change and mentor others.
