Building Maintenance
Salary £26500 per annum hours Monday to Friday 40 hour week 20 days holiday plus Statutory days Pension and free lunch Some emergency cover over weekends shared with the team on a rota Car Owner Driver
You will be joining an established team covering general Caretaking duties, preventative maintenance, coordination of repairs Support water management systems – you will be working closely with the team and Facilities Manager.
General duties
Health Safety and compliance checks
General Security of the Grounds and Buildings
Basic emergency plumbing
Maintain and check equipment including floor cleaning /laundry equipment
General cover of any necessary decorating, basic plumbing minor electrical work
Maintenance of locks and keys
Knowledge of pool maintenance helpful.
Working at all times within Health and Safety procedures
