Building Maintenance Handyperson – Newport – Permanent Role
* £37k , plus company van, overtime and bonus payments
* Holiday pay and pension
* Days Monday to Friday
* Newport and local surrounding areas
All applicants must have the following:
* Experience of general building maintenance work - inside and outside of buildings
* Experience in concreting, tarmac, kerbing, surfacing repairs
* Experience with repair of doors, locks, fences, cladding and flooring
* Experience with plumbing repair and maintenance, tiling and painting
* Full UK driving licence
* Newport
£37,000 pa plus bonuses, well paid overtime, company van, pension and holiday pay.
