Qualifications

* Valid registration as a Building Inspector with the appropriate regulatory authority or certification as a Registered Building Inspector

* Proven analysis skills to evaluate complex building systems and identify compliance issues effectively

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings clearly and accurately

* Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders including contractors, property owners, and government officials

* Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and building plans confidently
