Building Information Modelling (BIM Manager)

Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Building Information Modelling Manager (BIM) to join a UK Gov department on a contract basis, 12 months, Hybrid working in any of the below offices listed: Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool, Glasgow

Hybrid Working - Weekly attendance to any of the listed offices

Technical skills:

Revit | Navisworks Manage | BIM 360 | Autodesk Construction Cloud | Asite | Viewpoint | ProjectWise | COBie | IFC | AutoCAD | Power BI | Microsoft Office

If you have strong BIM leadership experience and a proven track record in information management and digital delivery, we would be keen to hear from you.

Essential Experience

Proven experience delivering BIM strategies in line with ISO 19650.
Strong knowledge of asset information standards and BIM assurance.
Advanced Revit and Navisworks experience.
Experience with CDE platforms and digital collaboration tools.
Experience integrating BIM with CAFM/IWMS systems.
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Previous leadership experience within BIM or digital delivery.

Desirable

Asset or facilities management experience.
Experience working with BIM consultants and supply chain partners.
Knowledge of BIM applications within CDM and health & safety.
Experience with Dynamo and/or Solibri.
Familiarity with multiple CDE platforms.
