Building Fabric Technician

North Devon | Pay DOE | Hours TBC | Monday- Friday| Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie has an exciting opportunity for a Building Fabric Technician to work with one of the largest retail supermarkets in the UK. Are you ready to join a busy and growing team in beautiful North Devon?

Key Duties:

Undertake repair works throughout the customer base, working accurately, safely and neatly.
Internal and external maintenance.
Internal and external protection, including wall and floor cladding, refrigeration, cabinets etc.
Site decoration.
Windows (excluding glazing).
Roofs (including fascia and rainwater goods).
External static signs and banners.
Trolley bays.
General carpentry and metal working repairs.

Requirements:

High level of attention to detail and organisation.
Knowledge of relevant legislation.
Able to make effective decisions.
The ability to work in a team and independently.
Full, clean driving licence.
