About your role

This role will see covering education sites in Stoke-On-Trent
Lead all planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all fabric aspects and queries.
Manage contractual compliance from a fabric standpoint across the contract
Review, manage and control fabric maintenance processes
Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
About you

Technically qualified in Carpentry, Joinery, Plumbing or Heating
Experience of fabric maintenance - within the education sector ideally
Commercially astute
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
You may have experience as one of the following: Fabric Maintenance Manager, Building Fabric Manager, Technical Fabric Manager, Technical Services Manager
