Description:
Delivering hard services planned PPM programme to include all statutory maintenance as per legal requirement.
Mobile Frabric Engineer coveing 28 sites within Nottinghamshire, Leicester and Derby area.
Respond to all reactive fabric works as per direction from the helpdesk and Maintenance Manager.
Carry out all planned works, installations and repairs as per the current regulations.
Provide assistance when required to mechanical, plumbing and electrical reactive works, where qualified, as per requirement of the Supervisor and Maintenance Manager and the contract requirements.
Assist in project planning, estimation and stock control of critical mechanical /building fabric spares.
Work to the site-specific Rams for the contract and as detailed within your safety briefings.
Work as part of a team to deliver the highest standards for the client.
