As a Building Control Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of building control activities for our client's projects. This presents a remarkable opportunity for a candidate who is looking for the next step in their career whether you are an assistant or a senior - We would like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a portfolio of construction projects, including plan checking and site visits mainly domestic and low level commercial projects.

• Stay abreast of dynamic changes in building regulations and swiftly address compliance issues during construction.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.

• To assist the Building Control Manager to identify opportunities to develop and implement improvements and innovations by proactively contributing ideas, skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be registered or working towards a Class 2 with the BSR

• Good construction industry knowledge specifically building control duties method and techniques

• Understanding of legislation, regulations and professional codes or practice for the sector

• Proven expertise in building control, showcasing a track record of successfully managing projects.
