Building and Construction Project Manager - Belfast
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead major site-based construction projects from concept through to completion and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-side project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering complex projects.
Pay rate: £40.44per hour
Contract: 12-months
35 hours a week. 4.5 days a week. 7am to 7pm (hours confirmed within this time period).
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction project delivery.
Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Develop project plans, CAPEX business cases, and risk registers.
Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all activities.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Build strong working relationships with project teams and contractors.
Skills & Experience
Proven construction project management experience.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.
Knowledge of the full construction lifecycle and Health & Safety standards.
Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative approach.
Ability to translate client briefs into detailed project requirements.
Essential Requirements
Degree/HND in Construction, Building Services, or equivalent experience.
Professional membership such as CIBSE, IMechE, or IET.
Proficient in MS Project and G-Suite.
