Job Description

Purpose

To manage all site events and resources, working towards the delivery of a project on a site-by-site basis. To manage the coordination of resources including the supply chain, staff, directly employed operatives etc., adopting a customer-focused approach to the client and their representatives.

Specific Duties

Build strong Client relationships and participate in Client meetings, representing the ULC brand
Manage the programme to ensure that site elements are being performed within KPIs
Manage the workload of the team of co-ordinators and ensure this workload is monitored regularly
Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect
Approve raised Purchase Orders (POs) ensuring all relevant background work has been done by Project Co-ordinator to ensure best value v service provided has been achieved
Sign off and oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs and Quality Plans
Update internal trackers and schedules
Input site data into internal and client systems where required
Analyse reporting data to understand if discrepancies are occurring and elements are not hitting KPI dates.
Recommend rectification measures to bring the programme back within required KPI timeframes if necessary
Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure they are aware of any financial impact
Ensure that these rectification measures are implemented and monitored for effectiveness
Report on, manage and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs
Find efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes.
Ensure the procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times
Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Technical Skills

Good level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packages
Experience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industry
Adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis
Omnix, Evenflow, ADC Build, Remedy, Arqiva, WIG, SharePoint, Business Central skills are advantageous
IT Qualifications

This job is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes Office
