Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with hearing impairments, assisting them in understanding and engaging with curriculum materials.
Facilitate communication between students and teachers by interpreting spoken language into British Sign Language (BSL) and vice versa.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lesson plans and materials to accommodate the needs of students with hearing impairments.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to participate and express themselves.Qualifications:

Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL), ideally holding a Level 2 or above qualification.
Experience working with individuals with hearing impairments or in a similar educational setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
