BSL Communication Support Worker

Are you a passionate and dedicated BSL (British Sign Language) Communication Support Worker looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for multiple BSL Communication Support Workers to join a welcoming and supportive all-through SEND school in the UB3 area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting deaf and hearing-impaired students to access learning and fully participate in school life.

The Role:

* Full-time position (Monday to Friday)

* Working hours: 8:30am – 4:15pm

* September 2026 start

* £96–£100 per day (dependent on experience)

What We're Looking For:

* Experience supporting children or young people, ideally within an educational or SEND setting

* Level 2 or above preferred and the ability to communicate confidently using British Sign Language

* Experience providing communication support for deaf or hearing-impaired students

* A positive, patient, and proactive approach

* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and promoting inclusive learning

Interviews and trial days will be taking place throughout July and August, so we encourage interested candidates to apply as soon as possible.
