Description:
Route One Infrastructure are a specialist bridge maintenance company operating across the whole of the UK for Highways England, Transport Scotland, main contractors and local authorities on the motorway, trunk road and road networks.
We carry out repairs to bridges and other highway structures which include installing bridge expansion joints, bridge deck waterproofing, bridge bearings and concrete repairs.
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team.
The foreman needs to be already skilled in the installation of Waterproofing / Joints and competent with GCP products
Reporting directly to the Supervisor, this role involves the management of allocated schemes and operatives
* Assist in the management and be responsible on-site for the workforce, plant, materials, Suppliers and sub-contractors.
* Manage and be responsible for the on-site HSEQ performance in line with companyand customer policy.
* Lead a team to install products as per installation guidelines.
* Log and report any deviations from the product installation guidelines.
* Completion of the Real time Electronic site file in line with company policy and IMS and ensure compliance.
* Responsible for on-site communications in relation to contracts you are working on i.e. customer, supplier and sub-contractors.
* Assist with operations, training and competency.
* Assist with planning / phasing and programming of contracts.
* Send after shift reports
