About the Role

As a Brick Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging, practical teaching that helps learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in the construction industry. Working with an established education provider, you'll bring your trade experience into the classroom and workshop, supporting learners at a range of levels.

Whether you're an established educator or a skilled tradesperson considering a move into teaching, you'll be joining a provider that values industry expertise.

If you don't yet hold a teaching qualification, that's not a barrier. Many successful lecturers come from industry, and you'll be supported with training, mentoring and ongoing development to help you thrive in the classroom.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering practical and theory-based bricklaying sessions to learners across a range of levels.

Planning and preparing lessons, resources and assessments in line with course requirements.

Assessing learner work and providing constructive feedback to support progress.

Maintaining a safe, professional and well-organised workshop and learning environment.

Supporting learners in developing the technical skills and workplace standards expected in the construction industry.

The ability to engage, motivate and support learners
