BREEAM Assessor
My client has the exciting opportunity for an ambitious BREEAM Assessor to join an independent consultancy to work on a range of multidisciplined projects in their offices in Leeds.
Role responsibilities include:
Take the lead on completing BREEAM projects from start to finish
Complete BREEAM Assessments from project inception to completion
Aid colleagues and design engineers on BREEAM projects and requirements
Being client facing role, you will be responsible for gaining new projects for the clientRequirements for the role include:
Licensed BREEAM Assessor with relevant experience carrying out BREEAM Assessments
Relevant degree within a sustainability or environmental field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
