Housing Disrepair Solicitor (Breach of Contract)

Liverpool | Hybrid Working Available

£45,000+ DOE + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join a specialist Housing Disrepair team handling Breach of Contract matters. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of your own caseload while working within a supportive environment that offers genuine progression, flexibility, and excellent benefits.

The Role

You'll manage a varied caseload of pre and post-litigated breach of agreement claims on behalf of tenants, handling cases from instruction through to resolution.

Key duties include:

Managing your own caseload of breach of agreement matters
Drafting applications, proceedings and court documents
Reviewing surveyors' reports and evidence
Negotiating settlements and pursuing claims where necessary
Liaising with Counsel and preparing court bundles
Handling access and decant issues
Maintaining accurate records using a case management system
Delivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process
What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor
Strong litigation and case management experience
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience in Housing Disrepair/Breach of Contract matters desirable but not essential
Previous experience using a case management system
