Brand Marketing Manager - 2325696

Description:

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead and manage all aspects of brand marketing activities for for a major global organisation. This role holds responsibility for the development and execution of marketing strategies, project management, social media oversight, and coordination of key marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Trade Fair Project Management:

· Manage venue bookings, contracts, purchase orders, manual payments, and venue briefing.

· Run weekly tracking calls and maintain the project tracker document as the overall project lead.

· Oversee franchisee communications and booking.

· Coordinate vendor communications and space planning.

· Handle theme POS and marketing collateral.

· Design room layouts and product displays.

· Organise merch packs and incentive prizes, including trophies for March events.

Workshop Flyers:

· Develop a page plan from order forms and collate external vendor information.

· Write briefs for graphic design within deadlines.

· Arrange print quotes and purchase orders.

· Coordinate UPS collection from the printer and UPS label arrangements.

· Proof and price-check flyers, including euro versions.

· Launch field flash, including creating social media JPEG assets and upload to Macademy.

· Follow the same process for secondary flyers, adhering to individual timelines.

Social Media Management:

· Manage the UK's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages, including content and community management.

· Update YouTube with product demonstration videos.

Website:

· Manage the CMS for the UK website.

Ordering App:

· Perform branding checks, image resizing, and ensure description consistency.

· Create incentive banners and app icons, brief with graphic design, and load to the app.
