Major Recruitment are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their team at their food manufacturing site in Leeds.

Production on site include some of the UK's best loved names in the UK's food market and we're proud to be working with these award-winning industry leaders whose brands take pride of place on supermarket shelves and in kitchen cupboards across the globe.

The Brand Manager will be a key team player within the marketing team, in this fast-paced environment you will support the management of our clients A Brands. You will be responsible for the delivery and management of the one-year marketing plan along with associated budgets to achieve brand growth targets, across multiple channels and all areas of the marketing mix. The Brand Manager will also hold responsibility for overseeing the Assistant Brand Manager and their B Brands. This role will be varied and offer opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities of a Brand Manager:

Develop and implement marketing strategy to effectively reach our consumers
Develop and execute brand innovation plans based on consumer led insight
Delivery of NPD and EPD in full, on time and in budget
Manage all Market Research, Advertising (primarily BTL) and Promotions, New Product Development and activities to related product portfolio areas
Meet KPI's such as Business Turnover, Consumer growth metrics and Profit Targets
Manage an allocated Marketing Spend budget
Work with Category Team to identify issues and opportunities - and develop associated actions
Provide Weekly updates to the line manager and Monthly Updates to senior management and reports as required
Brand Champion internally and externally
Fully participate as a core member in the marketing team to deliver business targets, providing new insights and opportunities in both brand development and process management.

Good presenting skills
