The Business:

My client are one of the biggest food companies in the UK and own some of the most well known brands in the category. They have an enviable brand portfolio and are constantly looking to innovative their product range and category. They hire high calibre individuals and work closely with the team on their personal development and learning opportunities.

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for looking after one of the largest brands in the world in it's category. You will work with the Marketing Manager to create and deliver marketing plans with an allocated allocated budget to achieve agreed objectives of sales, profit and market share.

This will include leading the brand strategy in the UK market, bringing NDP to the market, managing artwork development for the packaging of the brand, providing regular analysis of the brand performance, managing the brand budget and P&L as well as defining the media strategy of the brand.

Required Experience:

2-3 years experience in Brand Marketing in the FMCG industry
Ability to analyse data from Nielsen/Kantar/IRI
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally
Strong project management and organisational skills
Proven success working on an FMCG brands
