Build Your Career in Brand and Marketing
Are you a confident self-starter with strong IT skills and an interest in branding or marketing?
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a prominent organisation whose work reaches customers and communities across Wales.
As Brand Integration Officer, you’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and help bring a highly visible brand to life. You’ll support campaigns, coordinate creative briefs, manage digital brand assets and help colleagues apply brand standards consistently.
The team is looking for someone dependable and proactive who can be trusted to take ownership of their work. You’ll be comfortable working independently, using your initiative and making progress without constant supervision—while also having the judgement to recognise when you need guidance or support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Helping ensure the brand is represented consistently across communications, campaigns and locations
Managing and maintaining digital brand assets and shared resources
Supporting colleagues with brand guidance, templates and materials
Creating and coordinating briefs for the in-house design team
Managing requests through the shared brand inbox
Working confidently across different IT systems and digital platforms
Liaising with internal teams, external partners, designers and print suppliers
Supporting branded events, sponsorship activity and customer campaigns
Representing the Brand Team in meetings
Attending occasional site visits when required
Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a branding expert. We’re looking for someone capable, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Are a proactive self-starter who can work effectively without close supervision
Have strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
Can be trusted to manage your responsibilities and deliver high-quality work
Use your initiative while knowing when to ask questions or seek support
Have excellent attention to detail
Are organised and able to manage competing priorities
Communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
Have a genuine interest in branding, marketing, communications or design
Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Welsh-language skills, experience with content management systems or previous office-based experience would be advantageous, but they are not essential.
Why Apply?
This role offers an excellent opportunity to:
Build practical brand and marketing experience
Work on varied, high-profile projects
Develop your IT, communication and stakeholder-management skills
Gain experience in brand management and guardianship
Collaborate with creative professionals and external partners
Strengthen your CV with experience gained in a prominent Wales-based organisation
Take real ownership and make a visible contribution from day one
The role offers hybrid working, with Pontypridd as the main base. Occasional travel to Cardiff sites may be required.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the pre-employment screening process.

If you’re a reliable and motivated self-starter with good IT skills and an interest in brand or marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
