Description
Lead end-to-end projects across business continuity, regulatory updates, product development, renovation, and innovation.
Manage packaging and artwork changes resulting from regulatory, compliance, formulation, and fragrance updates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance innovation and artwork processes.
Support innovation launches from concept development through to market delivery.
Develop recommendations and business cases to support decision-making and governance approvals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Creative, and Operations.
Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for growth through insights and analysis.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to overall business objectives.Profile
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects.
You will ideally have:
A degree (or equivalent experience) and experience within Brand Management, Account Management, Innovation, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience supporting or leading product launches, innovation projects, or commercial initiatives.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
A creative mindset with an appreciation for branding, packaging, and design.
FMCG, consumer goods, or retail experience (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
The ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and manage competing priorities.
Job Offer
3-6 months contract / £250 - £300 P/D Hybrid Working
