Role: Activation Manager
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in our office in Crick, Northamptonshire (NN6 7TZ)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 plus bonus, car(/allowance) and benefits

The role
We’re already number 1 in the wet dog food category, but we’re looking to drive further growth in our brand and in our team, through this new role.
You’ll drive shopper acquisition and brand growth through planning, creation and execution of customer activation plans. You’ll be tasked with maximising the effectiveness of our ATL campaigns – and budget.
You’ll manage the end-to-end process of brand activation, including designing assets, ensuring consistency of brand messaging, and managing brand presence at customer events. Your project and relationship management skills will be key as you’ll work alongside multiple teams, internally and externally, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for projects.
About You
You’ll support multiple accounts, across grocery, pet specialist and discounter channels, so the ability to develop strong relationships with your clients, their media agencies and internal teams will be key to your success, as will strong project management skills.
You need to have worked in an FMCG business, within an activation or brand marketing role - you don’t need to have experience working in the pet category – although if you do, we’d be thrilled to hear from you.
You’ll be able to skilfully interpret market and category data, and use your findings to create well-thought-out solutions to challenges you’re presented with.
