An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced electrical wholesale professional with some people management experience to join this market-leading distributor of electrical wholesale products.
We are seeking to recruit a customer service focussed branch manager to join this successful company to manage a solid business with good potential for further growth in the Bristol area.
You will have day-to-day operational responsibility and a hands on approach to the business. You will be developing good working relationships with customers whilst managing an experienced and stable team of people.
Successful candidates will also have the strong organisational and leadership skills to empower and develop their team and lead by example.
The ability to positively influence relationships with both customers and suppliers is essential, for which you will need a proven sales / customer driven management background with experience in the electrical wholesale industry.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for running the site, staffing, sales, logistics and other branch activities
Provide customers with great service ensuring their continued loyalty
Manage sales and look after key customers where required
Requirements
Management / Supervisory experience along with electrical wholesale industry experience
Full UK driving licence
