As an Branch Manager based in Tain, Ross-shire, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and motivating a team of 6 colleagues

*

Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

*

Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures

*

Managing the online sales for our independent website and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

*

Experience managing a team

*

Customer service or sales experience; any industry/merchant experience would be ideal, however not essential as full training will be provided.

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Confidence interacting with customers and building relationships

In this role you will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5pm, along with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am - 12 noon.
