Description:
Apex Resources are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager for an immediate start for a very well-established building merchant in Hoylake.
Main duties of the role are listed below;
* Responsility of the profitability of the branch
* Servicing customers whistle leading, motivating and engaging the team to deliver excellent customer service, sales and operations across the branch
* Will be working closely with all divisions of the branch to always deliver the best possible outcomes
* Developing strong relationships with your team as well as customers
* Responsible for the safety of all employees within the branch (promoting healthy workplace and working practices)
* Setting plans to improve customer experience within the branch aswell as ensuring any complaints are dealt with promptly
Essential experienced requirements to the role are listed below;
* Knowledge of KPI’S including financial, people and operations
* Ability to drive customer/market/account plans to achieve growth
* Proven track record of having delivered improvement within a business environment
* Knowledge of stock management, fleet utilisation and sales revenue
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Knowledge of financial, commercial and business awareness
