South East Based
£70,000 - £90,000 + Performance-Related Bonus + Progression Opportunities + Holiday + Pension
Do you want the opportunity to join an exciting, rapidly expanding company where you can lead a regional site end-to-end and progress long term?
If successful you will be joining a well-funded renewable energy group transforming the UK solar and clean energy sector. Backed by experienced investors and executing a fast-paced national expansion Reporting directly to the CEO while maintaining local health, safety, and regulatory standards (MCS, NICEIC) strategy, they are actively investing in leadership to triple group revenue over the next two years.
Your role within the company will involve taking full ownership of the commercial, financial, and operational performance of a regional branch. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee everything from sales pipeline conversion and installation delivery to health and safety compliance, managing local teams while drawing on dedicated support from head office.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record in branch management, P&L ownership, and team leadership, ideally within the Solar sector.
The Role
* Full P&L ownership, financial management, and operational delivery across the regional branch
* Direct management of site staff, installers, surveyors, and local administration teams
* Office based with site travel
The Person
* Proven experience managing a branch, business unit, or trade operation with P&L and people responsibility
* Background in Solar Sector
* Motivated by progression
