Centre Manager
Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well-known brand within automotive fast fit to recruit a Centre Manager for their Bristol branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of car technology but this is not essential. Demonstrate an ability to achieve sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service and quality of work. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to coach and mentor the team. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is also desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
To ensure all sales targets and KPI's are achieved
To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
To adhere to the Company's Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
Liaise with Head Office and other DepartmentsBenefits/Perks:
