Overview:
Our client, who are a well-established Electrical Wholesale business, are looking to recruit a Branch Manager to join their branch located in East Sussex.

We're seeking someone who is experienced in the industry, ambitious, self-motivated and commercially aware.

Responsibilities:
· Being responsible for the profit of the Branch, ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring budgets and reporting back to senior management.
· Working with and motivating the internal team to ensure best results from all staff.
· Working closely with the Sales Manager to maximise the branch’s sales and continually developing the customer base.
· Communicating with other branches and Head Office team.
· Sales development with new and existing customers.

Skills/Experience:
· Electrical Wholesale experience.
· Driving Licence.
· The ability to work effectively within in a very fast-paced, busy branch.
· Strong sales background, confident working in a sales-focused environment and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
