Description:
Apex Resources are currently looking for an experienced Hire Branch Manager for an immediate start for a very well-established building merchant in Chester.
Main duties of the role are listed below;
* Managing the operational performance of the branch
* Responsible for building customer relationships
* Responsible for driving sales, customers participation and utilisation.
* Managing between 1-15 colleagues
* Overseeing budgets
Essential experienced requirements to the role are listed below;
* Knowledge of KPI’S including financial, people and operations
* Ability to drive customer/market/account plans to achieve growth
* Proven track record of having delivered improvement within a business environment
* Knowledge of stock management, fleet utilisation and sales revenue.
