Bottling Operative
Location: Tadcaster, North Yorkshir
Pay Rate: £14.46ph Monday-Friday until 10pm, £19.48ph After 10pm Friday until 10pm Sunday
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am
Shifts: rotating days and nights shift patterns
Overtime: Weekend overtime available
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment with Potential Long-Term Opportunities
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised brewery, working within a fast-paced production environment where quality, teamwork and safety are at the heart of everything they do.
As a Bottling Operative, you will play a key role in the packaging and bottling process, ensuring products are produced to the highest standards whilst meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging equipment
Loading materials onto production lines
Carrying out quality inspections on bottles, labels and finished products
Packing products and preparing them for dispatch
Identifying and removing defective products
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the production area
Supporting line changeovers and production activities
Following all health & safety and food safety procedures
Reporting machinery faults, quality concerns or safety issues promptlyWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or FMCG environments is desirable
Experience working with machinery would be advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Good communication skills
Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
