Description:
A client of ours in the Chelmsford, Essex area are recruiting a Temporary Bookkeeper to join the team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying up to £18.00 per hour on experience.
Your key duties in this Temporary Bookkeeper role will include but are not limited to:
Answering accounts telephone calls and managing accounts emails
Allocating customer remittances and online payments (Sage Pay, credit card and PayPal)
Bank reconciliations and checking pro forma invoice payments
Processing and sending invoices, statements and supplier payments
Matching delivery notes to invoices and entering supplier invoices
Credit control including chasing overdue invoices
Handling credit notes, refunds and POD requests
General accounts administration including filing and holiday formsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Sage50
Previous experience in bookkeeping
Good communication skills and confident telephone manner
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
