BOOKKEEPER***
We have an immediate opening for a detail orientated Bookkeeper to take control and maintain accurate financial records for our local client. This is an office-based part-time position, up to 16 hours a week. Times to be discussed at interview stage. This role could suit a qualified by experience (QBE) person with heaps of experience within similar bookkeeping roles.
Salary up to £17PH depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the Part-time Bookkeeper include,
Maintain and manage financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, receipts and payments
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts
Management accounts including prepayments, accurals and P&L
Monitor financial transactions and perform regular audits to identify discrepanciesThe ideal Part-time Bookkeeper will need,
Previous experience within a similar bookkeeping role
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident computer skills including Excel, full training given on bespoke in-house software
Friendly approach, good verbal/written communication skillsNote this is an office-based role. Hours can be discussed to suit both parties
