Description:
Accounts Payable (paying suppliers, entering purchase invoices)
* Accounts Receivable (credit control)
* Payroll
* Running of financial reports for directors
* Inter-company transactions
* Insurance (vehicle, professional, public, health etc)
* Utilities and bills at all 3 sites
* Motor Vehicle upkeep
* Website management
* Online Shop management
* Larger IT issues and organising – managing relationship with IT provider
* Day to Day issues around the office – ordering supplies, cleaning of the offices, general maintenance of the office
* Annual leave spreadsheet
* VAT returns to HMRC
* PAYE to HMRC
* Credit card reconciliations
* Help with any deliveries that need doing and general sales enquires.
* Employee expenses
* Employee pensions
* Setting up new employees on Xero
Salary £32,000-£35,000pa
30-37 hours per week.
