Bookkeeper
Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with an established and growing consumer goods business who is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join its finance team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping across both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage, including AP, AR, invoice processing and payment allocation
* Complete bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
* Manage supplier and customer accounts, including queries, outstanding invoices and payment runs
* Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports
* Support month-end processes and general finance administration
* Provide wider support to the finance function as required
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance role
* Hands-on experience using Sage
* Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Salary + other information
* 5 days a week in Harrow
* £35,000 - £40,000
