The Company:

An excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a fast-growing online Fashion Ladieswear Retailer. The company are popular with both celebrities & Influencers. Ideal candidate will be an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to work with the senior management team and Accountant.

The Role:

* All aspects of Bookkeeping and Management Accounts

* Year-end routines (accruals and prepayments for external accountants)

* Completion of the company VAT returns

* Completing the Management Accounts

* Managing purchase and sales ledger

* Completion of the credit control

* Bank reconciliations

* Nominal ledger

* Month end routines

* Weekly sales reporting

* Stock control and valuation

* Posting invoices and payments

* Stock control, stock valuation

* Payroll & Management Accounts Experience

* To be able to do costing for imported shipments

Skills Required:

* Software - Xero

* Excellent level of IT skills, including Microsoft Excel

* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and complete deadlines

* Positive and Hardworking attitude towards company goals.
