Bookkeeper

Description:

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with their client who are a niche training provider for the medical industry. They are looking to recruit a part time Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper to provide full finance support for their small team. Daily duties will include:

* Maintaining day to day ledgers including purchase and sales ledger

* Input of payroll information for submission to external payroll provider

* Bank reconciliations

* Extensive invoicing

* Payment and processing of travel expenses

* Reporting for management as required

* Providing and matching purchase orders

The successful candidate must have experience in Sage and this role will be working between 18-23.5 hours per week. Days and hours can be negotiated to work around circumstances. This is a fantastic opportunity and although initially this is a 12 month contract, there is the opportunity for the role to become permanent. .
