A well established organisation based in Eastbourne seeking a Bookkeeper on an on going temporary basis to support their finance function.
Description
As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the following:
Weekly reconciliation of Current Dollar, Euro & Invoice Financing Bank Accounts
Weekly Cashflow
Daily Invoicing
Reconciliation of Vendor Invoices to Purchase Orders
Vendor Payments
Monthly Reporting
Income Statement
Balance Sheet
Aged Receivables
Aged Creditors
Top Customers
Monthly Cashflow
Prepayments and Accruals
Stock Reports
Monthly Journals
Quarterly VATProfile
To be successful for this role you will need to be able to:
Start Immediately or within 2 weeks
Be able to work full-time hours and work on site 5 days a week
Have good knowledge of cloud based accountancy systems
Have excellent attention to detail and numerical skillsJob Offer
