Bookings Coordinator – Orpington
Are you an experienced Bookings Coordinator looking for a new challenge in the Orpington area? If the answer is “YES”, then you could be just the person we are looking for.
Automotive Repair Systems Ltd is one of the largest independent Mobile SMART Repair companies in the UK with around 190 technicians.
The successful candidate(s) will be a part of the busy bookings team at our headquarters, while also assisting our Diamond Cut Wheel Division and onsite Bodyshop.
Duties: ????
* Entering customer repair bookings on our Computer System (Big Change) - Full training will given.
* Dealing with customers (Trade and Retail) and our Technicians either on the telephone, face-to-face or email.
* Scheduling Diamond Cut wheel deliveries and collections to and from our dealership partners.
* Updating the in house IT system
* Dealing with email and Whats App enquiries
* Scanning and filing documents
* Assisting occasionally with the Bodyshop onsite
Experience: ????
* Microsoft Office
* Customer service
* Email management
Requirements: ????️
* Valid full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong customer service
* Good time keeper
* Basic maths and English required
* Been in previous customer facing roles
* Great attention to detail
* Computer Literate
* Confident on the phone
