Bookings Advisor

Description:

Do you love to help people, like to solve problems, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Excellent, we are looking for a friendly, positive, and vibrant bookings advisor to join the customer contact team based at our office at Craiglockhart Leisure and Tennis Centre.  

 

You will be responsible for: 

 Responding to telephone, email, and web enquiries in a prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging way to manage the allocation of bookings and invoicing for a wide range of sporting activities across our venues.  

Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed in an efficient and effective way in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction. 

Our ideal candidate will be:

Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously.  

Great listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a varied customer base.  

Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solver with strong decision-making skills, able to organize and prioritize to strategically develop creative solutions for complex issues.

Computer-literate with sound keyboard skills, and the ability to work with a range of IT software/systems e.g., membership systems and bookings systems and have a good working knowledge of MS Office.
