Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Technician to join our client's busy workshop in Loughton, Essex. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to become part of an established team within the automotive repair industry and enhance their career prospects.

Uncapped bonus scheme with potential earnings up to £60,000 OTE

40-hour working week, with weekends only when required

Opportunities for skill development across various vehicle repair disciplinesDuties of a Bodyshop Technician:
Conduct efficient and high-quality panel repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs as needed
Assist with paintwork and finishing tasks when required
Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and productivity targetsRequirements of a Bodyshop Technician:
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or similar role
Multi-skilled with panel beating and MET/auto electrician expertise
Additional paintwork experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Flexibility to work weekends when necessary
