The successful Bodyshop Technician will be integral to the ongoing success of the bodyshop, delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of mechanical repair tasks.

Up to £38,000 salary, dependent on experience
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends

Conduct timing belt and wet belt replacements on various vehicle makes, focusing primarily on Ford models
Execute comprehensive mechanical repairs within a busy workshop setting
Carry out servicing tasks, including heavier repairs and general maintenance
Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems and implement effective solutions
Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Maintain clean and organised workstations
Assist with additional repair and servicing duties as required to meet customer deadlines and quality standardsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or similar role within an automotive workshop
Level 3 qualification in vehicle mechanical repairs
Fgas license is essential for specific repair tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a committed work ethic
Skilled in handling a range of mechanical repairs, including timing belts and heavier jobs
